Arabella and Rosie-Anne are experienced, independent property finders who have worked in the industry for over 20 years and have extensive experience of buying houses for clients. We are both hard working, diligent and empathetic professionals who understand their client’s needs. We only work with very few clients at any time and will never take on two people looking for similar properties in the same price range and area.
The Search
We will look at houses on your behalf, recommend ones you should view, having done extensive background research and short videos of the properties. In short, we will make sure that buying a house is as easy as it can be. We pride ourselves on being able to find the right location with a house that suits or could be modified for you in the area that you want to live.
The Negotiation
Having found a suitable property we then do all the negotiation and buy the house at the best possible price for you. Having an experienced negotiator acting on your behalf puts you, our client, in a stronger position in a competitive market. Once a deal has been agreed we liaise with solicitors, agents and any other experts to ensure that the property gets to completion.
